Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Finland and Sweden. For delivery to any other countries, please contact us.
How long is the delivery time?
The shipping is handled by our fullfilment partner, and shouldn't take more than a few days.
Which delivery options do you offer?
You can choose between:
- Having the playhouse delivered directly to your home
- Picking it up for free from our fullfilment center near Pietarsaari, Finland
How much does shipping cost?
Self-pick up is free. Home delivery costs 250€ in Finland and 5 595 kr in Sweden.
Returns & Refunds
How can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
What does 100% happiness guarantee mean?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days and we'll refund your entire order. In order to receive the refund, the playhouse must be undamaged and sent back to us.
When do I get refunded?
Once we've received the returned product, your original payment method will be reimursed within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Do I need a building permit for the playhouse?
No, you don't need a permit (rakennuslupa in Finland or bygglov in Sweden).
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, the playhouse has a 10-year warranty.
For which ages is the playhouse suitable for?
The playhouse is well suited for children between the ages of 3-12.
When the children grow up, the playhouse can be sold or repurposed.
What are the dimensions of the playhouse?
The playhouse has an area of 4m² and a maximum height of 2.3m. More information.
What's included in the package?
The package includes all the material you need for assembly. No trips back and forth to the hardware store!
What kind of tools do I need for installation?
You only need a screwdriver, a socket set, and shovel.
How should I maintain the playhouse?
The playhouse is designed to withstand all weather. A quick annual check is needed to ensure that:
- the wooden panels are firmly in place
- there are no gaps in the window frames for moisture to enter
- there are no gaps in the roof for moisture to enter
We also recommend repainting the playhouse after 1 and 5 years.
